Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels remain intact.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized postal location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
